Author Biography

Donald D. Deshler is a professor in the School of Education at the University of Kansas, where he also directs the Center for Research on Learning Annemarie Sullivan Palincsar holds the Walgreen Chair in Reading and Literacy and is a teacher educator in Educational Studies at the University of Michigan Gina Biancarosa is a postdoctoral fellow at the Stanford University School of Education's Institute for Research on Education Policy and Practice Marnie Nair conducts research at the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University, where she received her doctorate in Language and Literacy
