Forty Six years in the business of IT, from Systems Programmer in the late 1970s to Systems Support, Engineering and Operational Support - Director, throughout my career. What I excelled at during this exciting and rewarding career, was sound management of People, Process and Technologies which my book describes some of the tips and techniques utilized.
