Author Biography


Donald Zillman, Godfrey Professor of Law and Interim President, University of Maine at Fort Kent, Lee Godden, Professor of Law, The University of Melbourne, LeRoy Paddock, Associate dean for environmental law studies and Professorial Lecturer in Law, George Washington University Law School, Martha Roggenkamp, Professor of Energy Law, University of Groningen

Donald Zillman has been a tenured faculty member at Arizona State University from 1974-79, the University of Utah from 1979-90, and the University of Maine School of Law from 1991 to the present, where he holds the Edward Godfrey Professorship at the Maine law school.

Lee Godden is Director of the Centre for Resources, Energy and Environmental Law at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

LeRoy Paddock is a Professorial Lecturer in Law, and Associate Dean for Environmental Law Studies at the George Washington University Law School.

Martha Roggenkamp is Professor of Energy Law at the University of Groningen, and Director of the Groningen Centre of Energy Law.
