Author Biography


Loch K. Johnson is Regents Professor of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He is the author of more than 200 articles and the author or editor of twenty-eight books.

James J. Wirtz is Dean of the School of International Graduate Studies at the Naval Postgraduate School and Director of the Global Center for Security Cooperation, Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
