Author Biography

Gordon Mace is Professor at the Department of Political Science and School of Advanced International Studies at Laval University, Canada. Andrew F. Cooper is Professor of Political Science at the University of Waterloo, Canada, and Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), Waterloo, Canada. Timothy M. Shaw is Professor and Director at the Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago.
