Adam McBeth is an Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law in the Faculty of Law at Monash University and Barrister at the Victorian Bar.

Justine Nolan is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, Associate Dean and Deputy Director of the Australian Human Rights Centre at the University of New South Wales.

Simon Rice, OAM is a Professor of Law in the ANU College of Law at the Australian National University.
