Author Biography

Mette Rudvin has been teaching at the University of Bologna, Italy, since 1996. She works from time to time as community interpreter between English, Italian and Urdu and has published widely on translation and community interpreting. Elena Tomassini has been working as a conference interpreter since 1980. She taught at the University of Bologna from 1992 to2009 and now teachers at SSML (Science of Linguistic Mediation). Fondazione Universitaria San Pellegrino, Italy.
