Author Biography

Henry M. Wrobleski, LLB is the former coordinator of the Law Enforcement Program at Normandale Community College. He is the dean of instruction for the Institute for Professional Development and is a graduate of the FBI Academy. Karen M. Hess, PhD is a member of the English department at Normandale Community College as well as the president of the Institute for Professional Development. She is also a member of the National Criminal Justice Association, the American Correctional Association and the Bloomington Crime Prevention Association.
