Author Biography

Benjamin J. Cohen is Louis G. Lancaster Professor of International Political Economy at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Charles Lipson is Associate Professor of Political Science and Co-Director of the Program on International Politics, Economics, and Security at the University of Chicago.
