Author Biography


Paul S Davies, Fellow and Tutor in Law, St Catherine's College, Oxford

Paul S. Davies is Fellow and Tutor in Law at St Catherine's College, Oxford, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Paul was previously a Fellow and College Lecturer in Law at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where he was also a Newton Trust Lecturer in the Faculty of Law. He currently teaches contract and trusts at undergraduate level, and commercial remedies and restitution at graduate level. In 2015 Paul won a Peter Birks Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship awarded by the Society of Legal Scholars for his book Accessory Liability (Hart Studies in Private Law: Hart Publishing).
