Author Biography

Byron L. Sherwin was Ordained a rabbi by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, he earned his Ph.D. from the Committee on the History of Culture at the University of Chicago. He currently serves as Vice-President of Academic Affairs and Distinguished Service Professor of Jewish Philosophy and Mysticism at Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies in Chicago, Illinois.
