Summary

When I Played football, the media coverage was completely different than it is now. Back in the day, reporters were beat writers and covered the games, injuries, etc. Now it seems more like an entertainment industry compared to a sports industry. When I tune into sports on Monday, I feel like I am more likely to get a report like a police blotter instead of the injury report. Players really got a lot more local coverage in the Buffalo Daily News or the Buffalo Courier-Express rather than being highlighted on shows like SportsCenter I still remember the reporters who covered the Bills.
