Summary

Kalashnikov began with a call by the European Parliament in order to capture the greatest war criminal there, Joseph Kony, and is well known, that in addition to murdering, raping and enslaving thousands of children, used them as soldiers in his army. Given the impotence of the institutions, a small group of MEPs decided to violate the laws they have sworn to defend.
