Author Biography

David Poran has spent the last twenty years in the culinary world, most notably, as executive chef for NFL headquarters and as culinary director for Balduccis Markets. He cocreated and produced the 2002 James Beard Award–nominated program Heat, which aired on PBS. He currently has his own culinary consultation and food brokerage business in Washington, D.C.
