English summary: The role of law is to solve legal conflicts; those responsible must therefore develop rules for how to deal with the conflicts and establish and enforce the solutions. In many cases, however, this is not successful, and conflicts thus continue to exist within the law. Add to this new conflicts that occur between the individual law-bearing standards, principles, and reasons. The associated questions gave rise to two meetings of the Young Forum of Legal Philosophy in Tubingen and Gottingen (Germany) in 2008 and 2009. The contributions highlight the fundamental relationship between law and conflict: What basic rights hold true beyond all conflicts? Does law solve conflicts, or does it nourish them? Is it even possible to decide political conflicts using law? These issues are also reflected in specific cases, such as compliance with the legal requirement in moral conflict, the role of culture, and the clash between diverse legal systems in a globalized world. German text. German description: Recht hat die Aufgabe, Konflikte zu losen, und muss daher Regeln fur den Umgang mit ihnen entwickeln, etablieren und durchsetzen. Vielfach allerdings gelingt das nicht, so dass sich die Konflikte im Recht fortsetzen. Hinzu treten neue Konflikte zwischen den einzelnen das Recht tragenden Normen, Prinzipien und Grunden. Die damit verbundenen Fragen bildeten den Anlass fur zwei Tagungen des Jungen Forums Rechtsphilosophie in Tubingen und Gottingen in den Jahren 2008 und 2009. Die Beitrage beleuchten das grundsatzliche Verhaltnis von Recht und Konflikt: Welche Grundrechte gelten jenseits aller Konflikte? Lost das Recht Konflikte oder hegt es sie nur ein? Ist es uberhaupt moglich, politische Konflikte rechtlich zu entscheiden? Diese Fragen spiegeln sich auch in konkreten Fallen, etwa in der Rechtsbefolgungspflicht in Gewissenskonflikten, der Rolle der Kultur und des Aufeinandertreffens vielfaltiger Rechtssysteme in einer globalisierten Welt.
