Author Biography

Maitefa Angaza is an editor, author, and producer. Her published work includes Kwanzaa: From Holiday to Every Day. Additionally, Angaza organizes various programs including Heads Up! A Soulful Celebration of Our HAIRitage and serves as the editor of the literary quarterly African Voices. She is also a board member for Reel Sisters of the Diaspora Film Festival, African Voices Communications, and Kalabash Food Coop.
