A sus casi ochenta años, Felicidad es una mujer independiente y resolutiva que lleva las riendas de su familia y que gestiona los alquileres del bloque de pisos del que es propietaria. Her routine is interrupted when Civil Guard lieutenant Candela Rodríguez informs her that one of her tenants, an elderly woman, has fallen to her death in the building’s courtyard.
An investigation to rule out foul play uncovers a gruesome video that could connect this death to other attacks on elderly women in the area. Scrutiny soon turns to Feli, her family and neighbors in a community that many enter, but not all leave.
