Author Biography

Federico nació junto al mar, en el puerto de Tampico para descubrir lo que se esconde en las profundidades del océano. Tal designio lo condujo a estudiar psicología, psicoterapia y una maestría en sociología. Su vocación como investigador y psicoterapeuta se definió en 1977 cuando empezó a trabajar en la Universidad Iberoamericana de la Ciudad de México. En esa misma década descubrió tesoros, como la hipnosis ericksoniana y la programación neurolingüística. Ha acompañado a más de 20 000 personas en su travesía, orientándolas a puertos seguros.

Federico was born by the sea, in the port of Tampico to discover what is hidden in the depths of the ocean. Such a design led him to study psychology, psychotherapy, and a master's degree in sociology. His vocation as a researcher and psychotherapist was defined in 1977 when he began working at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. In that same decade he discovered treasures, such as Ericksonian hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming. He has accompanied more than 20,000 people on their journey, directing them to safe ports.
