Author Biography

Pilar Quintana: Es autora de cinco novelas y un libro de cuentos, Caperucita se come al lobo. Coleccionistas de polvos raros recibió en España el Premio de Novela La Mar de Letras. La perra, traducida a veinte lenguas, estuvo en la lista larga del Dublin Literary Award, fue finalista del Premio Nacional de Novela y del National Book Award en Estados Unidos y ganó el Premio Biblioteca de Narrativa Colombiana, un English PEN Translates Award y el LiBeraturpreis en Alemania. Los abismos se llevó en 2021 el Premio Alfaguara de novela y está siendo traducida a múltiples idiomas. Es la editora de la Biblioteca de Escritoras Colombianas, un proyecto del Ministerio de Cultura para rescatar y promover la literatura de las mujeres.
