Author Biography

Pierdomenico Baccalario nació el 6 de marzo de 1974 en Acqui Terme, una hermosa localidad situada en la región italiana de Piamonte. Creció rodeado de bosques, con tres perros, una bicicleta negra y su amigo Andrea, que vivía a cinco kilómetros de su casa. Empezó a escribir cuando iba al instituto. Siempre que se aburría en clasae fingía tomar apuntes pero en realidad escribía cuentos. En el colegio conoció a un grupo de amigos que les encantaban los juegos de rol, y juntos invetaron y exploraron universos fantásticos. Mientras estudiaba Derecho en la universidad, ganó el Premio Battello a Vapore con la novela El camino del guerrero. Aquel fue uno de los días más felices de su vida, y a partir de ese momento empezó a publicar novelas. Le gusta mucho conocer nuevos lugares y descubrir otras maneras de vivir, aunque al final siempre se refugia en las mismas.
