Karl Hinrichs is Senior Research Associate at Bremen University's Centre for Social Policy Research, and Professor of Political Sciences at Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany. Matteo Jessoula is Assistant Professor at the Department of Social and Political Studies, University of Milan, Italy. His research interests are pension policy, labour market and social assistance policies.
