Professor Peter W. Salsich, Jr., is McDonnell Professor of Justice in American Society Emeritus at Saint Louis University School of Law in Saint Louis, Missouri. He has published books, chapters, and numerous articles on housing law, state and local government financing, property law, zoning law, and housing.

Timothy J. Tryniecki is a partner in Armstrong Teasdale's St. Louis, Missouri, office where he practices in the development, acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate and zoning condemnation law.
