Goodwin, chairman and CEO of The Inland Real Estate Group, has managed more than $3 billion worth of residential properties nationwide. Rusdorf has handled property management, marketing, finance, development, and sales. He previously served as president of the Chicago chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management Barbara McNichol is a professional writer/editor who specializes in real estate and business books. She and her husband have ventured into the landlord world with one (so far) condominium
