Summary

Serving as a call for women over 50 to empower themselves, these quirky, spiritual essays encourage women to stand up for their rights and desires by providing 13 positive mantras. This guide helps women live out their later years with gusto as they experience the benefits of meditation, learn to speak with honesty and compassion, listen to their bodies, and savor the world around them.
