Author Biography

Debra Seely's debut novel, Grasslands, won the 2002-2003 Society of Midland Authors Award for children's fiction, was a Bank Street Best Children's Book of the Year 2003, and was chosen as a finalist for the 2003 Western Writers of America Spur Award for best Western juvenile fiction.
