Jeremy S. Friedberg and is a member of the Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia bars and is admitted to all Federal and State courts in these jurisdictions, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He resides in Baltimore, MD.
Brian D. Hulse focuses on real estate finance, commercial lending, finance and business transactions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy. He was named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” by Woodward/White and selected to “Washington Super Lawyers,” Law & Politics. He resides in Seattle, WA.
James H. Prior practices in the areas of employee benefits and commercial transactions. He resides in Columbus, OH.
