Then it shows you how to convert your own photo into a quilt pattern by sizing the design to what you want, choosing fabrics to use, cutting and fusing fabric pieces to create the design, painting details to add dimension and depth, and finishing the piece with quilting, binding, and hanging sleeves. A pattern CD-ROM accompanies the DVD, which is both PC and MAC compatible and can also be played on Region 1 DVD players.

Author Biography

Lenore Crawford is a fabric artist who creates impressionistic representational art. One of her pieces, Capturing Brittany, won Best Machine Workmanship in the AQS Show in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She teaches her techniques internationally. She lives in Midland, Michigan.
