Author Biography

Andrew McGinn was raised in the urban jungles of Iowa, in a town where the only grocery store closes at 9 and doesn't even open at all on David Neitzke spent his childhood idolizing titans of the comics industry like Bil Keane and Jim Davis, only to become bitter and resentful of their success as he grew older. David is a freelance cartoonist living in Des Moines, Iowa, whose previous credits include the weekly alt-comic strips "Simple Pleasures" (no relation to the one in "The Legacy") and "Pottersville," and illustrations for the book "Make Star Love, Not Star Wars," a collection of poetry by Matt Mason.Sundays. He now lives in Ohio with his wife, son and two too many cats, where he writes about entertainment for a daily newspaper and is content knowing that he can visit a 24-hour grocery store whenever he likes, but usually just ends up visiting before 9. In his spare time, he enjoys Swiffering his floors and worrying about the future.
