Author Biography

John J. Okray is the Managing Director of Operations at Cornell University, Endowment Arm. He is the Chair of the Health Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, and was previously the Chair of the Corporate and Association Counsel Division. Mr. Okray holds the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional and the Governance Risk Compliance Professional designations. He also has a J.D. and M.B.A. from Suffolk University, an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Dr. Raymund King is the principal and founder of the Law Offices of Raymund C. King, MD, JD, PLLC, in Plano, TX. He has been featured in Forbes magazine “Texas Legal Profiles,” and one of Fortune magazine's “America's Premier Lawyers” as well as a Texas Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in Healthcare Law, Dr. King represents a broad spectrum of clients in the corporate and health care arena.
