Author Biography

Michael Dillon is Professor of Politics at the University of Lancaster, UK. He publishes widely in political theory, cultural theory and security studies. He is the author of Politics of Security (1996) and co-editor of Foucault on Politics, Security and War (2008). Julian Reid is Lecturer in International Relations at Kings College London, UK, and Professor of International Relations at the University of Lapland, Finland. He is the author of The Biopolitics of the War on Terror (2007).
