Author Biography

Karla K. Gower is an assistant professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Alabama. She earned her Ph.D. in 1999 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her current research interests focus on the history of public relations and legal issues affecting the practice of public relations
