Summary

The death of their father sent Irish twins Norielle “Nori” and Nadia “Nadi” Porter on two different paths in life. Nori found solace in furthering her life through education, while Nadi found peace in the streets with Kelz, her longtime boyfriend.

When one of Kelz’s high-profile murders changes course because of betrayal and leaves him lying dead, life as Nadi knows it comes to a halt. That is, until she figures out a way to get the ball rolling again.

Nori wants no part in her sister’s scandalous life; however, with no real money coming in and tuition due, she feels she has no choice. When Kelz is murdered, they end up contacting a drug lord and have no choice but to become his hired hands. The conniving drug lord asks an impossible task of them. He sends them on the Murder Express.

Author Biography

C. N. Phillips is most known for her daring, gritty detail and her ability to weave a story out of thin air. The one thing she enjoys most is when her audience trusts her enough with their minds to follow her down every rabbit hole.

Currently signed to fellow author Carl Weber's publishing house, Urban Books, C. N. is already trailblazing alongside her predecessors. With titles such as The Last Kings and Five Families of New York, she wants the world to know that she's just getting started.
