Summary

A talented young lifeguard, Nikolay, successfully advances up the career ladder in his home guard station. When a new boat appears at their jetty, he has a chance meeting with a real lifeguard boat crew led by Noland. This meeting forces him to question everything, even the validity of all he knows and did throughout his life. This chance meeting saves his own life. Noland represents a strong disciple with lots of experience who knows how to save and serve Christians, and how to build new churches and discipling centers. Author Biography

Author Serhiy Kravchenko first heard the gospel when the Iron Curtain fell. His native Ukraine became independent, and his entire family believed. After serving in the Ukrainian army, Since 1995, he has ministered to youth and planted churches as a pastor, first in Glukhov and Priluki, then in Russia, and presently in Warsaw, where he leads a care team meeting the needs of Ukrainian war refugees.
