Author Biography

A Light in the Darkness is the second book by Richard D. Lee, who currently serves as a Senior Executive with the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. Since September 11, 2001, he has been a key player on a multi-agency team of federal executives whose efforts are critical to the government's national security and emergency preparedness.The author lived and worked in Saudi Arabia from 1978 until 1985 and is a retired United States Marine, a disabled Vietnam combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient. In addition to participating in local mission activities, the author has been active in missions travel to Dominica, Mexico, Nicaragua, and West Virginia.He lives with his wife, Annette, and three sons in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC
