Walter Brueggemann is William Marcellus McPheeters Professor of Old Testament Emeritus at Columbia Theological Seminary, Decatur, Georgia. He is a prolific author, and his award-winning Theology of the Old Testament (Fortress Press, 2002) has quickly become a foundational work in the field. Brueggemann, a widely sought-after preacher, teacher, and lecturer, has published many other books with Fortress Press, including most recently Disruptive Grace (2010). Patrick D. Miller is the Charles T. Haley Professor of Old Testament Theology Emeritus at Princeton Theological Seminary.
