Jeffrey K. Tulis is associate professor of government at the University of Texas, Austin. His numerous books include "The Rhetorical Presidency" (Princeton). "Stephen Macedo" is the Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor of Politics at Princeton University. His numerous books include "Democracy at Risk".
