She is the author of Seasons of Her, Shine!, and has written for Black Issues Book Review, QBR/The Black Book Review, and CLEO magazine. She lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Susan Borden Evans, is a retired attorney who specialized in intellectual property, business law, and municipal finance for more than 30 years. She is a former chairperson of the intellectual property committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a former president of the Barristers Association of Philadelphia. She lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
