He took me from a place of self-reliance and serving my desires to have me secure in submission, accepting His desires. He gave me the joy that I needed to submit my will to His will. This gave me the strength that I needed to have a life dedicated to serving others and building His kingdom. You will learn specific instructions to begin a relationship with God and have Him become the Lord of your all. If you have already given the Lord your life, you will learn to maintain your fellowship. There are many principles that release godly understanding of earthly knowledge to apply godly wisdom for heavenly rewards. These I have learned through suffering and obedience, to become a child of God. I am now blessed and anointed to teach His Word and make disciples, as is the command of Jesus in the Great Commission.

Chapter 11 Key      #16COMPLICATION       When you are working for the Lord doing what He has called you to do, many  times the enemy will put trouble in your path, to try to pull you away from the Lords work, and get you involved with the trouble he has placed in your path. When this happens you will receive the victory if you do not give in to the temptation to quit.  Give the problem over to the Lord, trust and believe that He will take care of it and go forth in the work that He is having you to do, and the Lord will step in with miracles to resolve that problem. You will find out that you don’t have to solve it. The Lord will fight that battle for you it’s not yours, its God’s.  The Lord sent me over to More Haven, with a couple of friends of mine to deliver packets of candy on Christmas Eve to the inmates. There were 1,000 packets of candy so 2 weeks before going we got the candy all packaged up, ready to go.  Friday afternoon at 2:00 we were ready to start loading 35 large boxes of candy in the back of my van, so that Saturday morning we could take it over to the prisoners. We had to take it over a week before we would be allowed to give it out, to have them checked for contraband and then we could go in and do the distribution. At that moment I received a call from West Palm were we have a few apartments, one of the tenants said there was an electrical inspector on the premises, and his electricity was turned off. He had been told by the inspector that something was wrong with the electrical box, and he had to have a licensed, insured electrician, come and fix it. I got the inspector on the phone, and he told me once we had an electrical engineer on the premises, we should call him, and he would come out there, and unlock the box. We would however need to give him a couple days’ notice after he had left the premises, for the problem to be addressed by him, in the meantime we should pull a permit on Monday morning seeing that it was already Friday evening. For this we needed to file the paperwork necessary for him to call for an inspection on the premises. After all this was done then he would be able to turn on the light. Before the engineer could begin working, Lake Worth Utilities would have to come out and turn the power off, when the electrical problem was fixed and inspected they would have to turn it back on. All this would usually take 4 to 6 days through the process to get the power back on for the tenant. I said to the Lord, “I give it over to you, I am going to trust you in going forth to do the work you have called me to do. I leave it in your hands.”  I did not know of any electrician at that time to call on, so in my spirit I felt led to call a friend of mine. I called him in West Palm and he gave me a number to call to get the information about licensed electricians and I called it, from here I was able to get the number of an electrician to call, so I called him and told him what was going on. The electrician agreed to go ahead and take a look at it and call me right back.    We loaded the candy into the vehicle and when we were ready to go an hour or so later, he called me back and repeated to me what I already stated. I told him to take care of it and call me when he got it done and went ahead with what I had to do. Within 2 hours the electrician called me and said “Don I don’t believe this.” He said, “This has never happened, especially with Lake Worth Electrical.” They always give him a hard time, he would call and they wouldn’t come right out, and he would have to wait, especially with pulling permits and getting inspections. It usually goes into many days; it was always really rough with them.  This time when he called the inspector he came right out and he unlocked the box so he could look to find out what was wrong and have it replaced. The inspector told him to go ahead and replace the parts without a permit, and he waited while he replaced the parts so that the inspector could turn the power back on after they had put the meter back in. The electrician was amazed that they didn’t have to turn it off completely, the electrician said he just didn’t believe it, it never happened like that before. I told him that it was because God is in on it. He said that I was right it had to be God. So within less than 3 hours it was completely fixed, and he only charged me $98 dollars.     If I had got myself involved with West Palm and didn’t go where God wanted me to go, it would have taken me a number of days to get it done and that would have been a bad mistake, but I went on and did the work that the Lord had mapped out for me. Praise and glory be to God.     God handles the situations if we will only ask and let Him. He touches the people He wants to touch, to move in those situations, to get the things done that He wants to get done, it is so perfect when God does it. I have not only seen Him do it in this situation, but throughout my life in many situations. First I ask then I turn it over to the Lord and He moves in a mighty way, in every one of them.
