Author Biography

Ricardo Victoria Uribe (pen name Ricardo Victoria) lives in Toluca, Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Design from Loughborough University. Currently he teaches sustainable design at his hometown university. He is a founding member of Inklings Press. He was nominated for the 2016 Sidewise Awards for Alternate History. He has co-authored a book on sustainability explained through science fiction and fantasy, published in 2024 by Luna Press Publishing. He’ s the author of the science fantasy series “ Tempest Blades” .
