I rented this rental textbook for a class and I'm learning a lot from it. This textbook adopts the "to-the-point" approach which stimulates the readers' reading incentive. Mankiw simplifies a complicated subject into an enjoyable read. It presented issues clearly and concisely. Its style is simple, direct, and conversational.
I'll recommend this book to anyone who thinks economics is boring.

Great Economics Book

I didn't know anything about macroeconomics before reading this book. Now I would consider myself an expert, probably even a genius. Chapter two on the general ideas of performance, structure, and behavior of the economy at large taught me a lot.
After reading this book, I now comprehend the causes and short-run fluctuations of national income, and the determinants of long-run economic growth. While the content was substantial, I didn't feel the graphics of this textbook aided in my learning.
After receiving my A in macroeconomics, I hope to receive a job as a macroeconomic model forecaster for a large corporation. I hope to assist in the development and evaluation of economic policy and business strategy.
