Author Biography

Daniel C. Lewis is an entrepreneur, writer, video editor and Managing Partner of Lewis Notary Services Inc. He was named the 2010 Notary of the Year by the National Notary Association. He is also the founder of Lewis Training Service. Daniel has a legal background working as a paralegal for local attorneys. He has extensive experience as a Senior Loan Officer and as a Senior Mortgage Broker. Daniel has presented workshops all over the country on effective and efficient business practices. Daniel is an Approved Instructor for the Indiana Department of Insurance on continuing education courses for notaries and also the current President of the Indiana Notary Association. As President of the Indiana Notary Association, Daniel has successfully lobbied to improve the office of the notary public by testifying during Senate and General Assembly hearings, resulting in raising the standards for notaries throughout Indiana.
