Author Biography

John E. Castaldo, MD, is the chief of the Division of Neurology at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He developed LOVAR, a pioneering program to prevent stroke and heart attack that won the Cardiovascular/Neurovascular Care Award from the American Heart Association. Lawrence P. Levitt, MD, is senior consultant in Neurology, Emeritus at Lehigh Valley Hospital, where he founded the neurology division. They both live in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
