Summary

This book is a story about the conversation between a father and his son who had never lived together until the boy reached his maturity age. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they had to live separately and didn¿t know each other until the boy completed school. At their second meeting his father told him about his profession and recounted to him what he had been doing all this while. Although they hadn¿t known each other very well his father decided to tell him much of his undercover activities though not into details. Aware that this type of frankness could normally lead to and be regarded as treason, all the same he believed and hoped that through trust and explanation he would be able to win his son¿s confidence, instill in him tolerance, respect for different customs, traditions and cultures and particularly races. And finally according to him, his actions and stance on human rights issues were to agitate his son to always love, fight for peace and co-existence no matter whatever he (his father) did in the past.
