Its just one of many startling stories regularly making headlines across the country, examples of why we can no longer ignore the growing numbers of wild dogs on our urban streets, living in a no mans land between domestication and wildness.A lucky few are saved by dedicated rescuers, and 37-year-old Randy Grim has emerged as the countrys leading dog savior.
