Author Biography

Clive Johnson is an experienced trainer, consultant and coach.  He has conducted evaluations of coaching initiatives for a variety of organizations and has trained and consulted for many organizations.  He practices through his own company Proactive Style.
Jackie Keddy has designed and rolled out in-house coaching programs for several public sector organizations.  She has been honored by the Association for Coaching for her "Outstanding Contribution to Business," and she was named runner-up "Person of the Year" by readers of Coaching at Work magazine.
