Lawrence A. Gordon is the Ernst & Young Alumni Professor of Managerial Accounting and Information Assurance and the director of the doctoral program at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Gordon is one of the pioneers in the area of information security economics and has published a wide-range of papers on the subject. He is also the author of several books, including Managerial Accounting: Concepts and Empirical Evidence. Gordon is editor in chief of the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and is a member of the editorial boards of several other journals.
Martin P. Loeb is a professor of accounting and information assurance at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Loeb is one of the pioneers in the area of information security economics and has published a wide-range of papers on the subject. Loeb is the editor of the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and serves, or has served, on the editorial boards of several other publications.
