Author Biography

An educator and public service professional John Abbott Worthley holds professorships in the United States and Asia. Dr. Worthley is a retired Navy commander and has been active in New York state politics. He serves in hospital chaplaincies as well as performs other pastoral work. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, he holds master's degrees in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and in theology from the Seton Hall Seminary as well as a management doctorate from the State University of New York at Albany
