Author Biography

<b>Cary Fagan</b> is the author of several books for adults. He also co-edited <i>Streets of Attitude: Toronto Stories</i>, which won the City of Toronto Book Award. He is the author of <i>Daughter of the Great Zandini</i> and <i>Gogol’s Coat</i> (Tundra). Cary Fagan lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.<br><br>Award-winning illustrator <b>Regolo Ricci</b> was born in southern Italy and moved to Canada at the age of two. He studied classics and English literature at the University of Toronto. A self-taught artist, he has illustrated several picture books, including Cary Fagan’s <i>Gogol’s Coat</i> and Jan Mark’s <i>Mr. Dickens Hits Town</i>.
