Summary

Author Biography

C.S. Harrington is an eighth generation Outer Banks native with family (the Daniels) dating back as far as the 1730's. Her family, deeply rooted in tradition, has made many historical contributions to Outer Banks history. Mrs. Harrington is a seasoned island-hopper/explorer who has enjoyed a lifetime of fishing, crabbing, clamming and other marvelous seaside activities. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, a professional organization for writers and illustrators of children's books. Mrs. Harrington resides on Roanoke Island with her loving family.
