Author Biography

Alfred S. Posamentier is former dean of the School of Education and professor emeritus of mathematics education at the City College of New York. He has published more than forty-five books in the area of mathematics and mathematics education, including The Fabulous Fibonacci Numbers, : A Biography of the World's Most Mysterious Number, and Math Charmers: Tantalizing Tidbits for the Mind. Ingmar Lehmann is on the mathematics faculty at Humboldt University in Berlin and the coauthor of The Fabulous Fibonacci Numbers and : A Biography of the World's Most Mysterious Number. He is the author of numerous mathematics books in Germany and heads the Society of Gifted Mathematics Students in Berlin.
